POSITION SUMMARY
Sales engineer aware about chilled water systems and hot water systems, and aware with some (or all) of the following equipment:
- Cooling Towers
- Heat Exchangers
- Water Heaters & Calorifiers
- Buffer Tanks & Thermal Storage Tanks
- Air / Dirt |Separators
- Expansion Tanks
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Provide technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Ability to follow up with customer after delivery, to check customer
satisfaction, products performance, and reporting problems if any.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Driving license
- High communication skills
- 3-4 Years Experience in same field
- Language: Arabic / English
LOCATION: Riyadh
PAY SCALE: 5000 Sr to 6000 Sr Basic
